Sir/madam,
We were seeking for broadband connection, 3 months package (₹2828). We delt with Hari (fse) regarding this on 02/07/2020. The amount of ₹2828 (transaction id : 329055400)was paid on the same day as the person ensured the connection by the next day and the form number : 0441650999. The transaction was failed due to Airtel server down, however the amount was detected from our accout. When we contacted Hari regarding this, we were told that the deducted amount will be refunded within 3 days . It has been 2 weeks yet no progress. User in Airtel kept on escalating one after one but the problem haven’t solved yet. I want to know when can I get my connection or money refunded.
I never expected airtell will do such a irresponsible service like this .
