I had paid a booking amount of Rs1,08,000.– to Runwal for their Runwal eirene project for a flat in Tower 6A, Flat no 1104.Paid on 9.10.25 and 10.10.25. But later Runwal refused to get a Full Occupancy certificate and said only Part OC was available. Hence I had cancelled the booking and my refund has not yet come. After repeated following up they committed to pay the refund on or before 31.3.26. But not yet paid. No response for the mails, messages and calls.
