I made a transaction to book a ticket from Kolkata to Bangalore on 06th of June ,2022(06/06/2022). The ticket booking was not successful and hence I have been requesting to refund the amount of 6167.The transaction id is as below:
For the last 12 months I have been calling customer care and requesting to refund the amount, however it was not refunded. Hence requesting over email to refund the same.
