Booked airtel broadband connection on 21st may 2023 in Haldwani. airtel representative Prabhat Kumar ( phone 7417089376 ) contacted and on behalf of booking received Rs 3004 through UPI. as he was naot providing connection despite my repeated calls i asked him to cancel my connection the on 23rd may 2023 which he did and told me the refund will come in 4-5 days. since then i am calling him for which he is giving different excuses. on he told me that online refund is not possible and he got the refund in cash and will come and give. till date he did not come and now he is not picking my phone also.
