Text of Complaint by Lakshit:

on 10 september,2019 I made payment for new airtel broadband connection in Noida but later I changed my mood so cancelled the request and I had word with Suraj the technician he was at my place and the Sales person they assured me i will get refund in 3-5 days after that I got call regarding Cancellation and was told i will get refund in 7 days Now it had been 8 days Now some executive saying 20 days some are saying 45 days when I am calling the customer care they are placing the call on Hold for more than 30 minutes they are fraudsters and just making fun of their customer and their money. I want my refund at the earliest.
