I have a booked a flight ticket from chennai to hyderabad in 20th April 2021 in the name of Manjula komandur confirmation number : REF626298746.
i had cancel the ticket , till now I did not received the refund amount, when spoke to the travolook executive he said money will get refund by two weeks , its been more than 8 months no update on the issue. we have write many mails regarding the refund , but their response is same, in two weeks you will get refund, no refund has been credited till now. their customer care services also not working properly, no response when try to call them.
please, kindly do the needful in this regards.
