Text of Complaint by Dheeraj Jain:

I have cancelled my connection on 28th Jan 2021, and asked to Excitel to collect  my device, however device is not collected yet and I haven’t received my security deposit. I have complaint so many times over Excitel’s customer care number and mail ID, however every time they are providing same response as local providers is not responding. Pathetic support from Excitel.
