Text of Complaint by Rajat Sood:

My previous internet provider is not refunding my security deposit.
I had disconnected my connection on 5th Jan 2022 and they told me according to policy security deposit will be refunded after 60 days.
I have called them several times and they just keep asking me to wait for another 2-3 days, which never comes. They are not replying to anything over mail.
Also, there are reluctant to share contact details of the Nodal officer to complain further.
Today is 25th March 2022, and I still haven’t received my security refund.
I want to raise a complaint against this internet provider and make it public to everyone regarding their behaviour.
