JioFiber customer care misguide that their service are available at the place where I was going to relocate but after so many calls and follow up they said sorry their service is not available their so asked me to cancel the connection. I made request to cancel the jiofiber connection on 1st Sept and as per their guideline/rule, the device should be picked up within 7days and 13days have passed, I did so many follow ups but no body as come to pick the device and now they are asking me to submit to their nearby location to get my refund.
It’s their own fault for which they are harassing me to submit the device in their near by store which is somewhere around 11km away from my home and I have to spend 300rs to reach their.
