I had ordered bose companion speakers on 13th march from banjaraelectronics.com. Since April, every time I contacted them, they assured me that the refund would be processed and provided a random future date. However, the refund was never issued, and the same promise was repeated on every follow-up call. It has now been over two months without either a refund or delivery of the product. Their behavior reflects deceptive business practices and appears to be outright fraudulent.
