I booked a air ticket from Pune to Delhi on 05/02/2023 via booking id- VID9901063524. I was told that my ticket has not been confirmed by Indigo. Full amount of Rupees 2746/- will be refunded in two to three working days. But, even after one year, I didn’t receive any amount or update. Company’s toll free number is also out of service.
