I discontinued my mobile services from Airtel and ported to Jio Reliance services as from April 30th 2019.
Since then I have been requesting Airtel for the refund of security. Firstly they informed that the security amount is Rs 17,000/- and will be refunded shortly. After exchange of few mails I was told that the security amount is Rs 5,000/- which is under process and has been posted on June 11, 2019.
Now they write that it has been refunded in June 2011. I requested for the details of payment but shocked to know that they do not have any records of payment.
I also failed to understand as to how/why the security amount was refunded when the mobile was in operation and having Airtel connection till April 29, 2019.
During the last 50 days I have exchanged dozen of mails but the company is totally indifferent and not refunding the security amount.
I request you for your kind intervention so that I may get back my money.
