I purchased the product from amazon and made the payment through Dhani one freedom card on 13th of February and I canceled the order same day and my refund was initiated from amazon on 14th. Now yesterday more then 10 days finished but my refund has not been issued from your side as amazon confirm that refund has been issued from there side and the refund reference number is 30005420472044148087793. Dhani is giving excuses every single day and not refunding my money. They are fraud and not refunding my amount of 3699 rupees.
