Amazon Return/Refund Dispute

I am writing to file a complaint against Amazon regarding their return and refund policy. I recently purchased a cotton Palazzo from the platform and was disappointed with its quality and fit. When I tried to initiate a return and refund, I was told that the only option available was to receive the refund in my Amazon pay account, but I do not have an Amazon pay account and wish to receive the refund directly to my bank account.

Despite agreeing to all the policies, the continue button was not working when I tried to choose the refund option to my bank account. I believe that this is a violation of my consumer rights and a breach of trust in Amazon’s customer service.

I kindly request your intervention in this matter and demand that Amazon refund the amount to my bank account as per my request. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this issue and a fair outcome that upholds my rights as a consumer.
