Hello, I’ve ordered a Sony Xperia XZ3 from Ovantica.com , after finding out that the phone does not supports Jio sim card so i asked them for a refund.
They firstly did nothing to reverse pickup the product but after few days of calling again and again they arranged a pickup .
Now when the product has reached them they are doing same thing not picking up calls and hence NOT REFUNDING MY MONEY BACK.
the amount is Rs- 10,400 .
Please help me to refund my money back asap.
