I book a flight ticket from travolook on 13/6/22 of the flight from udr to bom scheduled on17/6/22, my money was deducted but booking wasnt confirmed i called the customer care but they dont pick the calls.

I have booked the flight on 19th july from bhopal to hyderabad cost is 40664/- reference No. is REF286917425 but booking was cancelled from travolook side and refund after 1 week of Rs. 36597 and commit to me for remaining amount refund with in 1 week but still not received 4067Rs. I have called so many times on 01246434800 but given a satisfactory answer.
Pls help and arrange a refund in the same account.
