This is regarding my recent order on big basket…The goods got delivered on 21st of july….i have ordered gloves in that order & when i reveived them the gloves were small & I kept calling them for the exchange of gloves…since it was their mistake for not mentioning the size of the gloves in the description…after repeated call someone from bigbasket came and took the gloves & now if i call them and ask for refund they are saying we dint receive any update from the delivery executive….i have called several times and they keep telling the same thing…Please help me out with this issue and please make sure I get the refund back….Thank you
