I had ordered a saree from global saree.com. The product was damaged (the saree had a cut and threads were coming out). So, I asked them to replace the product as per their refund policy. I posted back the saree by post and the product delivered back to their place. But after that they are not responding to my mails and phone calls. The order number is #19939.
