In 13 of April morning 07:33am I made recharge to my neighbor because of covid 19 lockdown is going on and all the recharge outlets were also shut down. But the recharge was failed and the money got deducted from my back account, I recharged through my Airtel app, I have a call to Airtel support time and told them what actually happened with me and raised a complaint for that issue and the executive told me that the money will be refunded with in 8 to 10 days, I gave them call after 10days they did it will be refunded by evening and again and again they gave excuses and now they are telling there was no money received to them from my side and now they are refusing to pay me back my money. Amount is 548rs.
