Text of Complaint by Aparajita:

On 29th December 2022 Around 10 am I Paid To Wing Travel Advisory For A Payment Regarding A Flight Ticket I Booked On Their Website Called Varafi. After Booking And Payment When I Receive Any Intimation Or PNR Confirmation From The Airline Or The Website I Got Worried And Called Varafi Customer Care, Where They Informed Me That My Booking Has Been “Aborted” Without Me Being Notified About It! When I Asked Them Why Haven’t Sent Me Intimation Regarding Cancellation They Didn’t Give Any Explanation Instead Asked If I Still Need An Email Informing Me About Cancellation. I Said Yes!! Of Course I Do! Then I Asked Them To Accommodate Me In Another Airline As Per Ministry Of cibil Aviation India They Need To Accommodate Me Another Airline Or I Am Liable To Compensation As They Have Unethically & Illegally Cancelled My Ticket Without Even Notifying Me! To Which They Said They Shall Refund My Money, As They Have Initiated The Full Amount And It Shall Reflect In My Source Account Within 24 Hours, I Asked Them To Send Me An Email Regarding The Refund As Well (Which They Took 36 Hours To Send After Repeated Calls) It’s Been 48 Hours Since, I Have Alerted Both My Bank And The Payment Parter Regarding Possible Fraud And I Shall Also Register An FIR (As Per The Instructions Of The Bank) And Reach Out To RBI Ombudsmen Regarding This, I Am Also Raising A Complaint Against Them Here.
