I purchased the item in September around 28th and immidiately filed a return of the item . No one showed up on the pick up date . I again called amazon and inquired about the same . They said last person did not create the return correctly . And he created return again this time a person on motor bike came and he couldnt take the item as it was big . I again called and asked to create return this time a girl said she will make sure item is picked up and she will call me back to check. Again no one showed up . I then called again on 10th Oct today . And asked for my money back . The supervisor was so rude and he refused to even transfer the call to manager . I said i can do whatever i want he will not transfer the call. I have a call recording as well
