I pay 300 rs using fyp but transition was failed and money is debited form my account and it was 1 month now no refunds was come and fyp was also not reply my chat

I have given rs 249 to fyp for kyc upgrade
But the agent didn’t came to my home and kyc is not completed it have been 15 days i did not receive refund
