I booked a flight ticket through travo look.com on 2nd of January But tickets has not booked it got cancelled. Booking reference number is REF577218792. I called to customer care and send mail said money will refund in 7 to 10 working days. But money has not been credited again i called to customer care but no one is picking my phone and i sent so many mails but have not received any reply. i called continuously but unfortunately some one picked my phone and i have explained everything and said money will refund 10 to 15 working day’s but money has not refunded till now. This is biggest fraud travo look. Cheating people to openly. kindly help. website name : https://www.travolook.in/
