My daughter had subscribed with Whitehall Jr for Keyboard classes and I decided to pull her out midway since I was not happy with Whitehat Jr. I had 68 credits left and Whitehall Jr refunded me only 58 credits. Their agents told me that I should retain 10 credits and that it may be helpful if I decide to come back and also to access my daughter’s account in the future. When I tried to close my account, I see that all 10 credits have lapsed and Whitehat Jr is now citing minimum attendance policy as the reason for lapse. They did not let me close down my account by refunding all credits and now they are blaming me for not knowing the minimum attendance policy. I have lost 6000 Rs and this is robbery and cheating by Whitehat Jr. I request refund of Rs. 6000 along with interest for the past 5 months since I closed my account.
