I opted for 15 years membership of Grand Amanta hotels and resorts pvt Ltd in October 2022 at Mumbai. I paid Rs 3 lacs 5 thousand by credit card. At the time of booking, they promised to facility of payment in 36 EMI with 0% interest rate. I applied for 36 EMI facility with HDFC Bank credit card company. I applied for refund of this interest component payable to HDFC,to grand Amanta company. They promised to refund me interest amount, but not paid since last months. Company is not responding to my calls or emails. This is breech of contract and I want to cancel membership and full refund.
