With the reference to the above-mentioned subject, I would like to file a complaint against Google Pay.
Last month on 27th Feb 2021 at 19:15 Hr. I have booked a ticket from IRCTC “PSA VSKP SPL (08531)” Transaction ID: 100002601209044,
The Transaction was done through the GooglePay app and the payment to the merchant was successful from the Google pay side. but the problem is a ticket not done and the response from IRCTC is ..
Payment Status: Pending From Bank End
Failure Reason: No Response From Bank.
Soon after I called to help desk and they replied to wait for 3 to 4 days but it has been 9 days since 27th Feb 2021, I haven’t get my refund amount from IRCTC or Google Pay.

Google Pay help desk– Payment from their side was successful, so call IRCTC or SBI.
SBI help desk – Call IRCTC or Google Pay.
IRCTC help desk– Please note that 100002601209044was a settlement-failed transaction for which no amount was debited towards IRCTC. That is we did not receive any payment authorization from your bankers to book the ticket. Requested to please contact your bank.
All three of IRCTC, SBI & Google Pay refusing to give a proper answer.
Please look into my issue and please do needful help.
