Hello sir my self Veena Hadagali I have done transaction of 520000 rs from my sbi account using phone pe app. But that tranction is failed and amount is debited from my sbi account. But is not refunded yet. I lot of effort to get it but no one is responded properly. I hv done this transaction on 31 st October 2018.plse help me
