I purchased products from Vihaan Direct Selling (India) Private Ltd i.e Qnet in April 2023 and raised a refund request in May 2023, Vihaan Direct Selling (India) Private Ltd i.e Qnet approved my refund request but till now I have gotten my refund back, after calling customer support it was mentioned that it is still in processing. They refund policy to return the money within a month. i on have also heard there many more customers whose refund are pending from January 2023. ED has also raided on the location of Vihaan Direct Selling (India) Private Ltd i.e Qnet on March 2023 .
