I place an order for Hikvision 4 channel DVR on June 27, 2025, with Vlebazar.com. As mentioned on the website, item was expected to be shipped within 3-5 days. However, despite my follow up nothing happened. Finally, I cancelled the order on July 15, 2015 and requested for a refund. They have been mentioning since then that it will be resolved in 3-5 days. Now nearly 45 days have passed and they have not refunded the amount. I am attaching Order copy and merchant’s contact details. Please help me to get the refund.
