I had booked a flight through Agoda from Lombok to Jakarta (Indonesia) on 2nd Jan 2024. The Lion air flight was cancelled at the last moment by the airline and I was supposed to receive the refund. It’s been over 4 months now but I still haven’t got any refund. I have sent them repeated reminders, and they say they haven’t received it from their own agent.
