I booked ticket on Red bus and and while booking they said they have cancellation policy after booking within hour i tried to cancel my booking they said they don’t have cancellation policy and charged 100% of deduction. I also chey my booking e-mail they given back dated dates on the cancellation policy, i booked ticket on 8-10-2022,on email they showed that I have booked on 5-10-2022 & told that they can’t cancel the booking.
