Hi Team,

I have booked 1 seat from tirupati to tadepalligudem on Tranz India bus from their portal(https://www.tranzindiabus.in/) on december 22nd 2023.
I have got message and call saying that bus got cancelled due to breakdown issue. And received a message saying that the amount will be refunded in few days.
Still the ticket amount(Rs.2353) didn’t credited back to my account.
I had sent multiple reminder mails regarding the ticket refund, called multiple times as well, no one responding.
Could you please find the below screenshot and take necessary action on Tranz India Bus.
