Text of Complaint by Suprita:

I recharged my Internet connection from Airtel broadband connection, DSL no. 03315065344_Wifi on 5th November,2023, by paying them advance rent for 5 months. It’s been 18 days still they didn’t solve any problem. I’m unable to attend my online classes. Now I want the refund cause they didn’t solve the problem. Because I waited for 18 days and now I’m quite sure they won’t provide me internet.
I request you to take action so that I can get my refund.
