Text of Complaint by Reem:

Please note that I booked an airline ticket through Rehlat company website on 21st May 2023 . The e-ticket booking ID is (2047477) and the amount of AED 3418.71 was debited immediately from my credit card ( sms attached ) . I didn’t recieve the ticket confirmation and when I send an email to check with them their reply was to pay AED 200 extra due the fair hike or to cancel the booking . According to that I request to cancel my booking and they replied me that refund to my credit card will take 60 working days .
Tell this moment the amount not credited . I contacted them several times through their land line help desk but just one time I catched the line and raise a complaint . The only channel for contacting them is through Instagram chat (refrence on Instagram 1160712) and they keep promising that the team will look for this issue to proceed on the refunding process
