I Am writing to raise a serious concern regarding the Paytm Postpaid account. My name is Nishit Tiwari, and I have been a Paytm user for a considerable period of time.
I had a credit limit of 3000 in my postpaid account and on every 7th of the month I have to pay the due.
Last month due to a busy schedule I forgot to pay the due on 7 by 12:00 pm but on 8th June 2033, I tried to do the payment around 1 am but it failed, I tried again it failed again but the amount of money deducted from my account.
now this is not the first time , they do something by which if anyone will try to do a payment at night after the 7th of the month it will fail and the next day fine will be imposed at about 5 pm.
And this time also the same thing happened, my money was deducted two times in a row and the next day fine was imposed, and the postpaid account is also blocked.
But the real problem starts now I have raised a ticket regarding this behavior, and asked me two kindly not to impose the late fees because I have done the payment on time and second that refunded my extra amount.
after 5-6 days they replied that my postpaid account has been suspended due to a revised policy, so I asked for a refund of the extra amount again.
now it has been 1 month and I have done 15-20 email replies to Paytm postpaid but they are responding with a proper resolution.
At this time I feel helpless, it was not a very big amount but for a middle-class man, every single penny matters in his financial management.
I you guys can do something kindly raise a complain regarding this.
