I had mistakenly purchased Unacademy IIT-Jee subscription on 11-09-2022 for 1 year(Sep 2023) of cost 35,199 but i am not elegible for Jee 2023 , i immediately shared my problem with Unacademy and asked for refund and explained them that this subscription is of no use for me they instantly refused to refund the money back
i kindly request you to show your concern and help me get a refund back
