In my wallet I had 6328 Rs for ticket cancellation.
On 6th Nov 2021 I asked them to transfer the money in my bank account, they have transferred money for flight cancellations which was 2458 and created one more fake transaction with the same amount and with same transaction ID.
So technically I got the refund for one transaction which was 2458.
But when I call to there flight department they are telling it’s just one transaction not two.
And the another refund is for train department so I called train department.
They have no information about my account and asking me to call flight department.
And executives are promising to call 15 minutes or 1 hours but they never call you back.
Today is 16 Nov 2021 and it’s been 10 days , they mentally torched me like hell.
I’m requesting here to the court to please take the action on them I have all the evidence call details recorded calls and emails.
