A value added service of Rs. 15 had been activated on my number (9939380657). To stop it i have called many times at the complaint number 198 but my call was not connected to the customer care authority. After 4 days the pack renewed with Rs. 7 so again i called up. My balance of Rs 7 was refunded but not Rs 15. The lady on the call refused to refund it. Although the service was not activated by me I’m not getting the refund. Please kindly refund or i will file a complaint against the company at court.
