I started an FD with lazypay on 14th april of Rs 10,500 and initialted closure on 29th april to repay the lazypay bill.
As per there rule max within 15 days of closure , money will be refunded. But they did not close the FD and I called them on 29th april again regarding this they again asked for another 15 days. The status shown ‘closure initiated’ .
I contacted them and they said with another 15 days money will be refunded. But its june now still they did not initiate closure. I called them again on 30th may and now the status is ‘closed’ .
They took 1.5 months to close the FD and there is still no sign of refund. I am fed up of this. I really need that money. Please help ! Lazypay is running a scam !
