I have booked my ticket on 11th Oct 2021 and both my tickets got cancelled. I have been informed that, i ll be getting my amount refund within 7 days. Later after 10-15 days i have called back again but their customer care executive said that you will get in 7 days. I have also sent an email to them and received same. Now its been more than 1.5 months but they havn’t provided any money.
i checked online as well and everywhere it shows that Travolook Company is fraud and never send or refund money.
I would requests that if someone can put pressure on the company’s owner to refund money.
