I had received mail on 17-12-2020 regarding refund [Amount: Rs- 8432/-] of my cancelled flight ticket from Chennai-Raipur [PNR: PL2Q9D, Trip ID: 200223927718], But did not received the refund. Next, I received a mail on 20-12-2020 that my refund has been processed, but haven not received. Then upon enquiring, they asked to update my address with my bank claiming it was wrong, which I updated on 28-01-2021 and informed them via call and mail. I have been inquiring them regularly but they have not refunded the mentioned amount yet. Kindly take necessary action. Thank You
