respected sir/mam, I am Jagwinder Singh, on 1st august I have taken admission in state council of education and research training and I has paid total fee of rupees 3610/- in cash (also mentioned in their receipt no- 43 and book no -114). Due to family problem I have to vacant my seat so I have vacated my seat within 24 hours of admission process (on next day 02/08/2023) and also submitted application to harjinder mam regarding full refund of my full payment against admission. On that day respected mam told me your payment will receive in your account. After some days i visited again institute to know about the status of my application and refund, on that day parveen sir called me and asked to me that we cannot refund your fee and we can only refund on one condition if anyone would take my seat. After some days I have shown some policies of UGC in which it was clearly mentioned if any one withdraw his/her seat within 15 days of admission then institute have to give 100% refund. After approaching 4 to 5 time they have refunded only 60- 70% of fee on 7 September 2023. On next coming Monday I approached parveen sir and he again misguided me like every time and till now i have not received my 100% refund. For your reference i have attached pdf file which include admission receipt, UGC policy and their prospectus in which clearly mentioned about refund.
