Text of Complaint by Kim Meckes:

I returned a model kit.  In my order history you can track your refund through their tracking tool.  It clearly says ITEM IS ON THE WAY BACK with a seperate date showing when it was shipped back.  I call and talk to a manager Lisa C. a resolutions specilists who tells me she can’t see that information on her end and can’t do anything. Even though clear as day it shows the item is in UPS possesssion and i had dropped it off over 2 months ago.  She tells me to call ups and then gets irritated when I ask if that is something they can do considering I already did my part to get the item back to them.  Aren’t there returns supposed to be so easy and convenient? That’s a joke.  And when she asks if I need help with anything else i say yes and she says she needs to go anyway and ends the call?!?! They will let anyone work for Amazon. It was extremely poor customer service to say the least.
