On 31st Oct’21 tried to book ticket for Mum to Kolkata through TRAVOLOOK but they failed to book the ticket but an amount 8346/- was deducted from a/c, They immediately informed it will be refunded within 15 working days but after that I mailed and contacted multiple times and only empty promises are given. Till today no refund and only computerised version of mails are
sent. Not giving their CEO no. also Mr Ritik,customer support. Pl do the needful
