No one heeds to my plight
I am clueless about the INR 81900.
no one is bothered at amazon to communicate about this refund On email or call or sms?♀️
i also have the pic of person who collected by the name farid shaikh.
i told then to amazon team that first you refund then i will return.
but i was told that no first return then in a weeks time refund will be done.
today too I was connected to one Sayyed not ready to reveal the designation who assured me that complain hd been placed and i will have to follow up for the status.
this kind of treatment and anonymity you keep towards customers.
REFUND IMMEDIATELY without giving vague reasons
