I ordered Indian carpet and arts soft thick washable janamaz carpet for prayer for ₹ 9600 but I didn’t like the product so as per return policy i self shipped the product through DTDC courier with shipping cost ₹ 3200 , even seller and Amazon customer service agent conforms that product received on 25/05/2022
As per return policy of Amazon refund should be credited in 3 to 5 business days but still i didn’t get my refund (₹9600 + ₹ 3200 =12800).
I contacted so many times to customer service but no use

Please resolve my issue
