I am not able to get refund of my defective product and Delivery site confirm successful delivery to Vlebazaar and still they claim to not recieving the product

Vle Bazaar Se Ek printer purchase kiya tha Kisi Karan was order 25 fab ko cancel kar diya i tried many calls and mail. But i didn”t received my money .I can’t wait more for my refund amount
