I bought 2pcs Soft Cloth Fabric Book on 26th October 2021 from amazon. I returned the product on 27-10-2021. And on amazon app it is shown refunded.But till the date (24-11-2021) i didn’t get my refund amount of Rs.399. Also i cant contact with amazon customer care. When i call from my number it is shown as “ we are experiencing some difficulties and our call me service is currently unavailable”. I very disappointed. And the i call from my mothers number , then they attend the call but didn’t get my refund. Now i cant call from my mothers number.. same issue happen. What will i do.
