Have installed the app gaana one month before they charged RS. 1 as a initial service amount .
Today 20/4/2025 they charged 599 from my account for the subscription plan no one is actually remember about the terms and condition this was so stupid I am lacking of money now they debited 599 from my account and this is for just 12 month even netflix, amazon and hotstar will send a reminder before the day
But there is no notification from the app reminding about the end plan date and day. This was intentionally planned to cheat innocents many of them Didn’t know that this would happen it was completely a crime who wants to hear songs for 599 rs we have so many options why should I pay such a higher amount just to hear songs this was completely lost.
