I order a super II high-power led torch ( Order No. ABN 1221H103) but received a very low-quality product. Mu order process is not completed but they call me and confirmed three-time to deliver the product. The product is delicered 15 Feb 2021. At that time my accident from bike and suffered from injury. My mother-in-law collects the product. They were trying to open the Pkt at that time but Delivered refused it. I am calling him 10 to 15 times. they always that 5 days, 10 days, 15 days, refund the item and refund the money. Tomorrow 08 April 2021 they said that we were sending the person at 17.00 hrs. but nobody s coming. Please take necessary action at your end. Please close the fraud company and cancel the license acoourding to company act 1956.
